Well-appointed and brand-new rooms and a free breakfast. Ideal location in very very nice area, so close to a taxi, restaurant and Flores which abounds with fun restos and bars. Besides, very convenient to a shopping mall.

The hotel has a 'great' view of the lake, but don't expect to sleep well with those paper-thin walls, I could hear my neighbors discussing their plans. I woudl have appreciated a complimentary bottle of water for the 'luxury' price. The breakfast was, well, subpar as well. Almost gave it a good review, but couldn't!

Helpful, customer-facing staff, magnificent location adjacent to the airport in a hurry, the lake and the Flores area and a shopping centre, ATM and the causeway into Flores...

Great pool and staff were attentive during breakfast. Just watch out for bugs in the room.

The hotel was clean and well-kept.

The pool area was crowded. I also noticed that the noise from the road outside was quite disturbing, particularly at night.

The location and views are lovely I mean who doesn't enjoy a view of a lake with a small island The room we had was spacious enough was a nice spot for a couple to unwind

The hotel was a nice surprise with a lovely pool and warm jacuzzi that helped us unwind after our long day. I really enjoyed the breakfast with fresh juices and tasty options. Just be aware that the room's AC could use a little boost at times, but it didn't take away from our stay 😊

Request a room with a balcony for fine lake views. Rooms 21 to 24 offer the best vantage points.

Charming grounds, clean room, the stay was upgraded with the pleasant outdoor seating area with fine lake views, and the staff were accommodating, great for a late checkout, greatly appreciated.

The pan-roasted beef tenderloin is awesome. It's like a flavor explosion! The hotel's swimming pool area had fine views of the lake, and I appreciated the late checkout they offered. A great way to soak in the vibes of Flores before heading out!

We tried to dine on-site one evening, and let me tell you, waiting 45 minutes for a salad seemed like a lifetime!

The staff here is excellent and the food is delicious with a wide menu selection, all in a perfect and stunning waterfront location, making it a relaxing place to stay.
